Fully automatic plate and frame coconut oil filter
Thank you for choosing the Sanbang brand plate and frame filter! This machine is suitable for using various thick or thin filtering materials such as filter cardboard, filter paper, and filter membrane to perform purification and filtration processes such as coarse filtration, fine filtration, microfiltration, and sterilization on liquid materials. It is a multi-purpose, universal, and practical filtering equipment. Before using it for the first time, please read this manual carefully in order to use it correctly and efficiently.
Plate precision filter BASB/400UN-1 (2) series
Suitable for filtering various high-end edible oils such as walnut oil, tea seed oil, Inca fruit oil, sea buckthorn seed oil, pine nut oil, and maple seeds; Pharmaceutical, alcoholic beverages (beer, wine, Baijiu, yellow rice wine, fruit wine, etc.), fruit juice, syrup, vinegar, etc; Chemical products, environmentally friendly electroplating industry water filtration, etc.
Filtering principle and process
When filtering, the filtrate is fed into the inlet channel through the inlet pump and flows into each filtering unit. Under the adsorption and retention effect of filter materials such as cardboard or filter membrane, impurities are removed. The clear liquid filtered out by each filtering unit gathers in the outlet channel and flows out, thereby purifying the feed liquid. (Attached Figure 2)
This filter can also be made into a coarse and fine filtration integrated filter by adding a specially designed partition plate and rearranging and combining the plates. It can also perform both coarse and fine filtration functions at the same time (see Figure 3 for the principle, and the user needs to negotiate in advance before placing an order due to different connections).
