Product Description
The various crude oils extracted by the oil mill can be filtered by this machine. This machine filters impurities under the pressure of the oil pump, which not only requires a shorter time, but also reduces the content of impurities in the oil to the minimum after filtration.
If the filter cloth is partially damaged and turbid crude oil is found to be flowing out of a certain nozzle, only one nozzle can be closed, and there is no need to shut down the entire machine for repair. This machine is the most commonly used oil filtering equipment in various oil factories.

Usage
Before the oil filtration work, a filter cloth (white canvas) should be installed between the oil filters. When installing the filter cloth, it should be placed flat to avoid wrinkles. A wooden rod can be inserted into the excess space of the filter cloth to lift it up, flatten the filter cloth, and then use a wrench to press the filter cloth tightly.
At the beginning of filtration, the oil is generally still cloudy and should be collected separately and re filtered. When the filter layer reaches a certain thickness, the filtered oil becomes clear and can be collected into the clean oil tank.
During the oil filtration process, it is necessary to regularly check the oil output of each oil filter nozzle to ensure that the oil output is clean. This is because when the filter cloth of some oil filters breaks, the oil output from the nozzle becomes turbid. At this time, the oil output nozzle of this oil filter must be immediately closed, allowing it to stop working without affecting the operation of the entire oil filter.
During the oil filtration process, if there is any oil spray, you can turn the lever (between the two oil filters) and press the filter tightly.
5. The temperature of the filtered oil should be between 20 ºC and 40 ºC. The speed of oil filtration is faster when the temperature is high, and it is easy to ensure the quality of oil filtration when the temperature is low. It is better to have a water content not exceeding 4%.
