Installation Instructions

 Operating specification
1. Notes before the power-on:
A. Clean the bar cage, and make sure there is no foreign body on the machine.
B. Add the right amount of lubricating oil into the reducer.
C. Check for all parts bolts.
D. Make sure that the motor connected properly.

The operation steps

Turn on the motor, when it is working properly, and then feed the steamed palm fruit into the hopper grandually. In the pressing operation, see the conditions of oilout and cake-out. If there is little oilout or no cake out, please ajust the pressing bolt to get the best oil yield.

Saftey and maintance  

1. The PALM-1 machine use the three-phase 380 V AC. And also can customized according to the requirements, such as two-phase 220 V.
2. To ensure that the saftey of all the electrical system, it must be take the groud protection measures.

The cause of fault and the solution of fault  

1. No oil or less oil	1. Ajust the squeezing bolt
2. The sudden stuck in the pressing operation	2. Halt. Check for the pressing barrel, see if the material is too much, clean the pressing barrel, and then power on.
3. Less oil out, more inpurity in the oil	3. Check for if there any damage of  the hole of bar cage, change the bar cage.
4. The damage of shaft	4. Chage the shaft
