Installation Instructions
Working principle:
The vibrating slag removal filter belongs to the pressure filtration equipment.
The filter pump pumps the filtrate into the tank through the inlet pipe and fills it. Under the action of pressure, solid impurities in the filtrate are intercepted by the filter screen of the filter blades, forming a filter cake on the filter screen. The filtrate enters the outlet pipe through the filter nozzle and flows out of the tank, obtaining clear filtrate.
As the filtration time increases, more and more solid impurities are trapped on the filter screen, causing the thickness of the filter cake to continuously increase. This increases the filtration resistance and increases the pressure inside the tank. When the pressure reaches a certain value, slag needs to be discharged. The input of the filtrate into the tank needs to be stopped, and compressed air is blown into the tank through the overflow pipe. After the filtrate in the tank is pressed into another filter or other container, steam is introduced into the tank to dry the filter cake, (or other methods are used to clean the filter screen). The steam is closed, the butterfly valve is opened, the vibrator is started, and the filter blades vibrate. The filter cake on the filter screen is vibrated and discharged through the slag discharge port below the tank.
